Regular: Absorption capacity- 30ml (recommended for normal flows and everyday use)

How to use:

  • Insert included towel or any other absorbent material into the pocket.

  • Secure the wings of the FlexiPad™ to your undies using the buttons.

  • Wear your FlexiPad™ with your head held high. Change absorbent material and/or entire panty every 3-6 hours depending on your flow.

  • Gently hand wash the towel and FlexiPad™ daily and hang dry.
